If you have refinanced your home mortgage with another lender since obtaining your homeowners insurance, or if your Lender (Mortgagee) has changed for any other reason (e.g., your mortgage company has merged with another company) be sure to notify us right away.
Often, lenders will neglect to notify your insurance agent, which can lead to statements being sent to wrong lenders and lapses in coverage due to non-payment of the premium.
